Self-exclusion Policy

Scope and Definitions

Innwa8’s Self-Exclusion Policy governs all Innwa8 products and services. For the purposes of this policy, the following terms have the meanings set out below: Time-out denotes a temporary suspension of activity across Innwa8 products; Self-exclusion denotes a long-term restriction from access to Innwa8 platforms; Eligible periods are the durations offered for Time-out or Self-exclusion; Account means your customer account maintained with Innwa8.

Time-out (short break)

A Time-out provides a temporary halt from all Innwa8 products. The available time-out periods are shown in the Account Profile. While a Time-out is active, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay are blocked. A Time-out may be revoked only after a minimum of 24 hours have passed since the initial request. Upon expiry, access to the account is restored automatically.

Self-exclusion (extended break)

  • Self-exclusion is a binding restriction from Innwa8 for an extended period. The exclusion period may be between six months and five years. If no period is specified, a six-month exclusion is applied by default.
  • Activation may be requested through the Self-exclusion option in the account or by contacting Customer Support by email. Confirmation of the chosen period is required before the exclusion becomes effective.
  • During self-exclusion, all Innwa8 products are disabled for the selected period. Deposits and withdrawals are blocked, login to the account is prevented, and promotional material is not dispatched where technically feasible.
  • Users must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion. Any attempt to create new accounts or access existing accounts while excluded may be treated as noncompliance and blocked by Innwa8 in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Extensions to the self-exclusion period may be granted on written request. Extensions are granted at Innwa8 sole discretion and are not automatic.

Reopening and revocation

At the expiration of the exclusion period, the account will be reactivated automatically unless a further exclusion is requested and approved. Early revocation of self-exclusion is subject to Innwa8 approval. If any withdrawal requests are pending at the time self-exclusion commences, they will be processed in accordance with standard policies before the period begins; after exclusion begins, withdrawal access is restricted.

Financial protections and account controls

Players may set personal spending or time limits in the My Account area. Once a limit or exclusion is active, requests to revoke them are at Innwa8 discretion. Innwa8 will take reasonable steps to prevent promotional material from reaching excluded players where technically feasible.

Age, eligibility, and verification

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Innwa8 may require identity verification to confirm age and eligibility at any time. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and may result in account restrictions or closure.

Support and responsible gambling resources

Self-exclusion is an aid to manage gambling but does not replace personal responsibility. If you are experiencing gambling-related issues, seek guidance from local gambling support services or helplines. Innwa8 will provide general information about available resources upon request and will cooperate with professional services where required.

Data handling, privacy, and compliance

Innwa8 will record and enforce self-exclusion status across all products. This policy supplements the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Innwa8 may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be communicated through official channels.
