Scope and Activation
Innwa8 awards a first-deposit bonus that is automatically credited on your initial eligible real-money deposit. The standard thresholds are a minimum deposit of £10 and a maximum bonus of £50. The bonus is credited immediately after the deposit settles and is available for wagering under the terms set out in this policy.
Eligibility and Deposit Requirements
Bonuses are available to players who have completed a first successful real-money deposit. The triggering deposit must be made from an active Innwa8 account and be the first such deposit on that account. The minimum qualifying deposit for the standard offer is £10. Some promotions may carry different thresholds; those terms will be stated in the specific offer details. Attempts to obtain bonuses via multiple accounts or other manipulative strategies will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in suspension or loss of winnings.
Bonus Types and Granting
The standard offer is a deposit-based bonus up to £50, awarded on your first deposit. In addition to deposit bonuses, Innwa8 may issue other bonus types from time to time (e.g., free spins) under separate terms. Each promotion’s specific rules—such as eligible games, eligible currencies, and any caps—determine how the bonus may be used and withdrawn.
Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions
- Wagering on deposit-based bonuses: 30 times the total bonus amount plus the deposit, i.e., the aggregate of (deposit + bonus).
- Wagering on slots: 100% of bets contribute to the wagering requirement; bets on non-slot games contribute at 10% unless stated otherwise.
- Crash and certain high-variance games contribute at reduced rates as specified in the offer terms (e.g., 20% for crash-style titles).
- The maximum wagering period for the standard deposit offer is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
Should a promotion be offered without a deposit, the wagering requirement may be 60 times the bonus amount, unless the offer specifies a different rate. The exact wagering terms for any promotion are stated in its terms and conditions and govern over these general provisions.
Betting Limits During Wagering
While a bonus is active and subject to wagering, the maximum per-wager bet is 10% of the original bonus amount, with a minimum bet of £0.10 and a maximum floor of £5 per wager, whichever is lower. Violations of the stake limits may void winnings or suspend wagering progress on that bonus.
Balance Handling: Real vs Bonus Funds
If a bet uses both Real Balance and Bonus Balance, any resulting winnings are allocated to the Bonus Balance until wagering requirements are met. Once wagering requirements are satisfied and the bonus is cashable, the remaining bonus balance may be transferred to the Real Balance. If the bonus is non-cashable, the balance may be retained but not withdrawn once wagering is fulfilled.
Having an active bonus does not prevent withdrawal; however, you must choose to cancel the entire bonus balance (including any winnings accrued while the bonus remained active) to request a withdrawal. If a withdrawal is reversed, any bonus that was cancelled due to the withdrawal will not be reinstated.
Cancellation, Reinstatement and Forfeiture
You may cancel your bonus at any time by contacting customer support. If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active and wagering has not yet been completed, the bonus and its associated winnings may be forfeited. In the event of a technical misconfiguration or other error that results in an incorrect bonus, Innwa8 reserves the right to correct the account by removing the erroneous winnings and re-adding the correctly configured bonus.
If a bonus is consumed or cancelled and wagering remains incomplete, any winnings attributed to that bonus may be removed. If a promotion needs to be reinstated after cancellation, it will be reissued with the full wagering requirements as determined by Innwa8 at that time.
Promotions, Irregular Play and Compliance
Innwa8 reserves the right to cancel promotions or bonuses at any time without prior notice, and such cancellation does not affect any bonus already redeemed. We monitor activity for irregular play, which includes strategies designed to exploit bonuses, hedging patterns, or currency changes aimed at accelerating wagering completion. If irregular play is detected, Innwa8 may revoke the entitlement to bonuses, void winnings, suspend or close the affected accounts, and withhold withdrawals.
General Provisions
Bonuses are credited in the currency configured on your Innwa8 account. Promotions and bonus terms may be updated or withdrawn at Innwa8’s discretion. You may receive promotional communications via email; you may opt out by contacting Customer Support, though opt-out may affect eligibility for certain exclusive promotions.
